Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and clicked on the “CHECKOUT” button, you will be asked to supply all the information required on the “Customer Information” Page. This information will help us determine the shipping method(s) available. The default shipping method is UPS Ground. Depending upon your location, there will be other shipping methods available. Click on the “VIEW RATES” button to view available shipping methods and the approximate shipping costs. These shipping costs are only estimates. You will be charged our exact cost to ship your package by the selected method. The actual shipping costs may be higher or lower, depending upon the size of the package, the number of boxes required, insurance, etc. We have tried to set up the computer database as accurately as possible, but cannot anticipate all of the possible permutations. If the actual shipping costs are higher than indicated, you will be informed by e-mail and your permission by return e-mail or phone must be received prior to shipment. If the shipping costs are lower, we will not inform you, but will simply charge you the lower rate.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time is entirely dependent upon your location and the shipping method. If we receive your order by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, your order will usually be shipped that day. If your order is received after 3:00 PM, it will usually be shipped the following working day. The shipping day is not counted in the delivery time. As an example, if you place an order on Monday, before 3:00 PM, the first day of delivery time is Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday, before 3:00 PM, the first day of delivery time is Monday. These websites will give you a closer approximation of the actual delivery time for your particular location.

UPS Ground:
This is our default shipping method and is available only within the 48 Lower United States. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or APO address. If the subtotal of your order is $94.99 or less, your shipping charge will be $6.95. If the subtotal of your order is $95.00 or more, your shipping will be free. The delivery time is dependent upon your location and usually ranges from two (2) days to seven (7) days.

UPS 3 Day Select:
Available only within the 48 Lower United States. The delivery time is three (3) working days after the ship date. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS 2nd Day Air:
Available within all the United States, Puerto Rico, etc. The delivery time is two (2) working days after the ship date. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS Next Day Air Saver:
Available within numerous areas of the 48 Lower United States. The delivery time is by the end of the day, one (1) working day after the ship date. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS Next Day Air: Available within all the United States, Puerto Rico, etc. The delivery time is one (1) working day after the ship date. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS Canada Standard:
Available to Canada only. The delivery time is dependent upon the location within Canada and varies from four (4) days to ten (10) days. Customs inspections may add additional delays to the delivery time. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS Worldwide Express Plus:
Available to many countries worldwide. The delivery time is dependent upon the country and the location within the country and varies from three (3) days to five (5) days. Customs inspections may add additional delays to the delivery time. Certain items may not be shipped by this method. These items have a notation in the product description “Ground Shipping Only”.

UPS Worldwide Express:

Economy (Surface) Parcel Post - US Mail:

Priority Mail - US Mail:
Available to most United States locations including PO Boxes and APO addresses. The delivery time is widely variable from three (3) to fourteen (14) days. Customs inspection may add additional delays to the delivery time.

Airmail Parcel Post - US Mail:
Available to most locations worldwide. The delivery time is widely variable from five (5) days to twenty one (21) days. Customs inspections may add additional delays to the delivery time.

Global Express - US Mail:
Available to most countries worldwide. The delivery time is widely variable from three (3) days to ten (10) days. Customs inspections may add additional delays to the delivery time.
